The form is managed using the WPForms plugin. Messages are received in the professional inbox of GaroTypos. Messages are not stored on WordPress.

4. Mandatory Nature of Data
Fields required to respond to your inquiry are essential for processing it. If you do not provide them, GaroTypos may not be able to reply or prepare a quote.

Data is accessible to Diane Garo / GaroTypos and may be processed by technical service providers required for the site and form operation, including:
- OVH SAS (OVHcloud), hosting provider;
- WPForms and technical services associated with the form;
- Gmail, the email service provider used to receive messages;

6. Retention Period
Messages are received in the professional inbox of GaroTypos.
- Unpursued contact requests: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Requests resulting in a quote or service: retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived for 10 years in accordance with legal and accounting obligations.
- Copies and attachments stored in email: 3 years for simple exchanges or 10 years when linked to a completed service.
Accounting records and documents that must be retained by law are subject to their own statutory retention periods.
7. Data Transfers
In connection with the operation of the website and the management of GaroTypos’s activity, some of your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA):
